What's inside - how does it work?
"Most compassionate go-to guide"
Cherri Forsyth is a life changing mentor and guide. She can help a person through life's hardest chapters because she has faced and coped with a number of the worst of these - personally. She is an invaluable and most compassionate go-to-guide for this very reason, and yet her joie de vivre shines on strong, even through her own painful experiences. She is a woman whose work can change lives.
Ingrid Roberts - Motivational Speaker and host of Hear Her Heart
"The work that Cherri does is so valuable"
When you lose someone you love it feels so personal and so raw - like the pain just belongs to you, and nobody else can possibly understand it - how can they when you can’t even verbalise it? Grief is such a complex set of emotions that to share it feels impossible to get through (you might break down and nobody likes to do that on front of others) and to work through it is daunting.
If you’re anything like me, then you let a little bit bubble up and then slam the lid down on it. But this doesn’t help you process the grief and it’s important to do that. You can’t heal otherwise. The work that Cherri does is so valuable.
She’s developed an online course that allows you to process your grief in your own home, alone, at your own pace - it’s a safe way to heal and it’s wonderful way to do that. I wish that it had been available when I lost my mum 29 years ago. If you’re facing grief, I’d highly recommend that you make use of this course, developed by an incredible woman who has faced the worst kind of grief.
She’s a qualified professional, but more than that, she knows and understands first-hand what it takes to process your grief.

Meet your expert
hi there,
I'm Cherri Forsyth
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, coach and fellow Mourner. I belief in the goodness and strength of people, and my goal is to help ease their way thought the challenges life throws out at us.
In my private Coaching Practice, I specialise in Emotional Intelligence, Emotional resilience, Grief and dealing with autoimmune diseases. My dream is to empower people to fly because they are not bogged down with the challenges life throws out at them, but because they have learned the skills to overcome them.
Since our daughter Kerry died at the age of 9, I've spent the last 22 years harnessing all the learning, reading, growth and so much more into this course to help YOU - so that you don't hit the same stumbling blocks I did.
I am so passionate about easing your journey through loss, and opening up a conversation about Grief. It can be one of the most richly rewarding journeys, if you have the courage to walk it.
My goal is to help give you that courage, and help you to realise that this is a normal process which we are not equipped to deal with at all. I want to equip you to deal with this process, which most of us will face in our lives.
And it starts with you, as you join me in helping our world lift the silence and taboo surrounding Grief.
What is Grief, and why this course?
Our Western society is generally "grief illiterate" and we mourners are the ones who suffer under these norms or expectations.
Traditional expectation is to go along with what society thinks we need, yet most of it is all wrong! The Grief, Growth and Transformation course will help you discover the new way of grieving - real, honest, true support for you as you travel along this journey of loss.
The good news is, you don't have to do this in a group setting, where you are likely to feel uncomfortable sharing (especially in the early stages of grief).
This course allows you to work through your grief in the comfort of your home - as fast or as slowly as you need to.
With practical tools, tips and strategies, this course will support and comfort you as you navigate your grief, and act as a companion that you can keep coming back to whenever you like.
You'll gain the confidence and strength needed for you to re-engage positively with life again.

"From desperation to something I can live with"
It just made me stop my shuttle race life and think about myself for a while, with a view to continuing these new thoughts and changing my focus from desperation to something I can live with.

"A fresh place to be in"
It gave me a fresh place to be in and suggestions to add to what l have already experienced on this journey where I find myself. I left feeling filled with a joy that I can’t really explain, but know to be a lifting onto a new level deep within myself.

"Feeling all the emotions is normal and acceptable"
I realized in a way that life will never really be the same. Losing a loved one changes life completely, but feeling all the emotions is normal and acceptable. Today was transformative for me. I do however look forward to the day that the heaviness in my heart becomes lighter.
